Commission Term of service
- The commission request should not be used for commercial purposes
unless it is part of the agreement.
- I can (&’ will) publish the final product of your commission on my socials if I feel like it;(You must notify me beforehand if you don’t want to)
- Modifying or processing Furen-san illustration is prohibited.
- contractor will get a JPEG/PNG file with 350 dpi
- Refunds will be available in different percentages depending on the commission's status: You can ask about your commission status or for WIP anytime you desire.
･ 30% of the total price will be refunded at sketching or lining phase;
･ 10% of the total price will be refunded at base coloring phase;
･ NO refunds will be given in shading phase, or if commission is finished.Big changes can be made during the sketching; once sketch is approved I start working on lineart → flat colors. Color changes can be done here after approved I will start shading and big changes can't made here.
The buyer is allowed to
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
The buyer is not allowed to
- Reproducing/using the artwork commercially
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Altering the artwork without my consent

- ผลงานคอมมิชชั่นที่ได้รับไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ยกเว้นอยู่ในสัญญาที่ได้ทำไว้แต่แรก
- ผู้จัดทำสามารถโพสพ์ภาพในโซเชียลต่างเพื่อโปรโมทได้ยกเว้นจะมีการคุยกันก่อนหน้าว่าไม่อณุญาต
ภาพที่โพสจะเป็น Jpeg ที่ลดความละเอียดและมีลายน้ำกำกับ
- ห้ามดัดแปลงหรือแก้ไขภาพของนักวาดโดยไม่ได้รับอณุญาติ
- ผู้จ้างจะได้รับ ไฟล์ JPEG / PNG ความละเอียด 350 DPI
- จ่ายล่วงหน้า 50% เพื่อจองและ ที่เหลือหลังเริ่มการร่างภาพ
- การคืนเงินจะมีให้ในเปอร์เซ็นต์ที่แตกต่างกันขึ้นอยู่กับสถานะของคอมมิชชั่น
･ 30% ของราคาเต็มคอมมิชชั่น ถ้าอยู่ในขั้นตอนการร่างภาพ
･ 10% ของราคาเต็มคอมมิชชั่น ถ้าอยู่ในขั้นตอนการลงสีเบส
･ ไม่คืนเงินค่าคอมมิชชั่น ถ้าอยู่ในขั้นตอนของการเริ่มลงสีเงาแล้ว
-สามารถแก้ไขภาพได้ขณะที่ร่างภาพและลงสีพื้นฐานเมื่อลูกค้าตกลงว่าจะใช้ภาพนั้นแล้วจะเริ่มตัดเส้นและลงสีแบบละเอียดซึ่งไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้แล้ว
ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถ
- ใช้ภาพที่ได้รับในการใช้งานส่วนตัวยกเว้นมีการตกลงกันตามสัญญา (สามารถอัพโหลดภาพในโซเซียลมีเดียต่างๆได้)
- ปริ้นผลงานและแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของตัวละคร(ในกรณีที่เป็นตัวละครที่ออกแบบโดยลูกค้า)แต่ไม่สามารถแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของภาพวาดได้ เช่น การบอกว่าภาพนี่ลูกค้าเป็นคนวาดเอง
- สามารถใช้ภาพในการโปรโมตตัวละครได้โดยที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องให้เครดิตแต่ถ้าให้เครดิตก็จะขอบคุณมากครับ
- ใช้ภาพวาดเป็นปกคลิป Youtube หรือใช้ในคลิปที่มีการสร้างรายได้ตราบใดที่ตัวรูปภาพไม่ใช่เนื้อหาหลักของคลิป
ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สามารถ
- การใช้งานศิลปะในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้อยู่ในข้อสัญญา
- อ้างสิทธิ์ผลงานงานศิลปะเป็นของตัวเอง
- แก้ไขงานศิลปะโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้วาด
